Last year Target launched their Who What Wear collection and recently all their fall pieces came out and I’m obsessed. For those of you who haven’t heard of it, it’s basically super chic and unique pieces that are all really affordable! I bought several pieces and didn’t pay more than $40 for any of them! I fell in love with this sweater and the bow detailing on it and paired it with some flared jeans. Not only is it super cute, but it’s a great transitional piece to have.
